2004 is considered one of the great Margaret River cabernet vintages.
The Voyager Estate 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot has lovely aromatics consisting of blackberries, cassis, blood plums, dark chocolate and cedary oak. The wine is distinguished by its fine, integrated, chalky tannins that are supported by strong fruit flavours, interesting texture and quality French oak. Whilst generous and fleshy at this early stage, the 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot will benefit from many years in the cellars of the patient among us.
