Some of the Chenin Blanc vines at Voyager Estate date back to the first
plantings at the property in 1978 and, as a result of their age and our
viticultural practices, they consistently produce superior quality Chenin
Blanc fruit. The style of Chenin Blanc that we aim to produce is that of
an easy-drinking, aromatic white wine. Though not an overly complex
wine, this sophisticated style retains and displays the classic vibrant
ripe fruit flavours of the variety, complemented by a small amount of
residual sugar.
