Winemaker notes
The superb conditions over harvest meant all the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon batches were ripening together. Field tasting the grapes was essential to ensure the blocks were picked at their optimum flavour and ripeness. Harvesting of these varieties began on the 6th of March and was completed in less than six days. The pristine condition of the fruit of both varieties and the excellent flavour profiles have produced a classic Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon: a fine and elegant wine with great intensity, texture and flavour, all balanced with lovely freshness and crispness on the finish.
