Our Margaret River Discovery Menu showcases the best of the local area and surrounding South West.
Head chef, Santiago Fernandez and his team harness the creativity of a true seasonal menu to take advantage of the freshest produce available from our suppliers and our own kitchen garden as part of a four-course wine-paired degustation menu, with a few extra surprises along the way. It's supported by the creative talents of artists Karin Luciano, Patricia Negus, Peter Moir, Caroline Juniper, Kashmir Rouw, Martine Perret and David Dare Parker.
