Voyager Estate is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist with the coordination of daily restaurant operations and function coordination, while building our reputation through the development of an excellent sales and service-oriented Restaurant team.
The successful candidate will support and encourage Restaurant staff members in the development of their sales and hospitality skills. Our Restaurant offers wine-matched menus, and the Restaurant Supervisor provides crucial support in training staff for this unique customer experience. In conjunction with the Restaurant Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining the high operational standards of the Restaurant team and ensuring a professional and cohesive team environment is maintained at all times. In addition to this, the Restaurant Supervisor provides a memorable experience for guests and interacts with all levels of management, guests, customers, associates and clientele both inside and outside of the Company.
We are looking for someone who has an exceptionally high standard of customer service and attention to detail, as well as the ability to anticipate customer needs quickly and who has a focus on providing the best guest experience. Applicants must be available to work weekends and some evenings.
